Hi, I'm Emily

I’m a Registered Nurse and Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for women’s health, strength training, and exercise medicine. As a mum of two, I know first hand how busy life can get and how our bodies change and evolve over time.

As I navigate my own post-partum journey and early perimenopause, I deeply understand the physical and emotional challenges that many women face. These experiences fuel my commitment to helping women navigate their health journeys with compassion, knowledge, and a listening ear. 

I specialise in working with women who want to feel stronger and healthier but may face unique challenges—whether it’s pelvic floor concerns, returning to exercise after surgery, or simply needing a more compassionate and intentional approach after years of diet culture and an unhealthy relationship with exercise.

My mission is to help you build confidence, strength, and resilience—inside and out—so you can move better, feel better, and thrive at every stage of life. Together, we’ll take the guesswork out of exercise and create a plan that feels sustainable, supportive, and works for you.
